There are no military pacts in War Thunder, so I don’t see why this is being brought up.

Neither. It has been introduced into Chinese service in 2020.
It is also an airborne vehicle meant to be paradropped - hence it must be made out of a stronger material than plastic.
(The CS/VN3C image is AI upscaled and therefore more smooth, because the original image wasn’t high enough resolution - perhaps that is why you think plastic is involved? I’m sure it wouldn’t be based on delusions.)
It also shares the same turret as the similarly paradropped airborne tracked IFV - the ZBD-03.
Truly, can’t wait for both of them to come to War Thunder.

Fair enough, that was the only one I could find.
Singapore’s Bionix II IFV could be put into the British Tech Tree as a premium I guess (even though I would prefer it going to an ASEAN subtree).
There’s a fair argument that Japan could get it, it’s already got a Thai Sqn vic, so other SEA countries could fit in, the only issue would be the historical side of things, but I don’t know enought about SEA to really comment on that.
If you want, I’m willing to share my tank of copium, flavour is “They’re definitely adding the Jaguar next update to give France a competitive IFV.”
