If you could, how would you re-balance CAS in Ground Battles?

Ohh boy… And you don’t see difference right??

The mode of GRB will never move forward while CAS is a power up that can often clean out half of the enemy team in a single strike.

The difference is you have to drive even further, so having tanks in ARB would suck even more than ground assault arcade. Not to mention, every complaint with GRB CAS will still apply.

Wow, a Stormer, Type 93 AND Osa all failed to kill a single A-10A? That’s genuinely pathetic, like seriously.

There will be enjoyers… there’s people playing navy so we find plenty of players for air RB with ground players.

If pilot is skilled… Nothing “pathetic” here. Fly low, use cover/flares, pop out launch few missiles go down… No AA can do anything.

SPAA can have some amount of situational awareness and fire at the A-10A and or munitions. Skill goes both ways. Those SPAAs in particular were just genuinely pathetic.

Not much they could’ve done to 65D, especially those two IR SAMs.

Actually, there’s a lot that they couldve done. You just choose to deny that fact since it simply doesn’t fit your narrative.

Nope. Not if the SPAA players weren’t absolute trash.

I don’t see the situation as that drastic, of course there are many things that could be changed.
The new 12.7 AA units are very strong! As a start, I would increase their SP points. Secondly, you cannot separate air power from ground forces if we want to stay realistic. Whoever dominates the skies will most likely win the match, just like in real life.
I support the addition of NEW AA units, but most importantly I would prefer a rating-based matchmaking system some kind of method where players of similar skill levels face each other. Because that’s the root of the problem. Think about it… they can add any AA, they can buff any AA, but if the person controlling it doesn’t know what they’re doing, it won’t matter. The same goes for air power.The focus should finally shift to the players themselves, not just the tanks or planes. Often AA feels weak simply because inexperienced players are using it. But if a weak AA player doesn’t have to fight against a professional fighter pilot, the gameplay experience immediately improves. Likewise, if a beginner air player doesn’t end up against a team of professional AA operators, the game becomes much more enjoyable.

65Ds can be launched past IR SAM’s range so your point is moot.

Plus i love how people cry about SPAA not being able to do much…but have you considered taking a god damn fighter to hunt down CAS?

So people wanting to play tanks are now supposed to grind air trees as well ?
That’s easily millions of added RP/SL and dozens of hours of play time.

I mean if you download a game knowing its a mix of ground and air vehicles,you should know what to expect,so grind air too atp,it legit takes nothing to grind a plane,like actually…i started ground units,reached after a long while 6.7 USA
Decided to try air a bit to put a plane in a lineup and got top tier planes out of the grind so uhm…it legit is pretty easy

Just because multiple vehicle types are present doesn’t mean you’ll be forced to research/play both.

It takes a lot of time and resources if you’re interested in modern technology.
