If there is no loader nor radio operator in your tank, do you still have to allocate points in their repair speed crew skill to max out the overall repair speed of the tank?

yes, for the loader it still affects repair speed and keen vision and for the radio operator, it controls artillery time and accuracy, repair and keen vision. So they are still important.

theyre based off of the average of the crew skills for repair speed, keen vision, agility anyway
