I meant the caliber not the manufacturer of the gun that’s why I put 25mm I hoped it would be clear, apparently I had to be more precise
But the fact remains that it makes no sense to keep both the Dardo and the VCC-80/30 at higher BRs when the Bradley has a tactical advantage since it can lock onto air targets and create smoke with its engine… it’s simple logic.
While the shells are the same, the fire rate being so much better on the Dardo means the vehicles firepower is significant better, even if the caliber is the same.
These are both pretty niche, I dont think they will significantly impact gameplay in most instances. The Dardo has so many benefits over the Bradley I dont think these two really make much difference, the Dardo is still better.
The Dardo still has access to smoke grenades, meaning the lack of ESS isn’t that huge of a deal.
The same could be said… that rate of fire isn’t a big issue when you have good aim.
As you can see, it makes no sense to keep them at two different BRs.
Also, since you’re only talking about the Dardo, you haven’t mentioned the VCC-80/30 yet…
I’d like to know what you think of the VCC-80/30, which is the closest thing to the Bradley, except that the Bradley can lock onto air targets and create smoke with its engine… giving it a tactical advantage, but apparently the VCC-80/30 needs to have a higher BR, which makes no sense to me.
Technically there was an M3 built with the XM813 (Bushmaster II) 30mm, as an expedient chassis to drop developments for the Dragoon Stryker (M1296) into, so there is a “30mm Bradley”, sure its not implemented but it did exist.
If the M3A3 is under BR’d then so is the Wiesel 1A2 and the Jaguar 2 is even more under BR’d.
Same TOWS, Ammo boxes, Faster, And smaller, When it comes to killing tanks they are far more forgiving and also have more vehicles to pull from 9.3 to make a lineup with.
All atgm ifv’s feel overbr’d since atgm’s are awful to use and that isn’t considered when balancing vehicles, but the bradley is not equivalent to the dardo or the vcc80/30, the dardo chassis is much more mobile and smaller, the italian tanks don’t have to wait for the tow launcher to fold and the italian 25mm is fantastic, the 30mm is less effective but better than the bradleys 25mm, all of the vehicles probably need to be moved down or ideally the whole br bracket needs decompression so it is funner to use them without stomping in downtiers.
