Same problem here! I Used to pay with Xsolla (It had a Wallet icon), i used to pay with it because it VISA doesn’t accept my card i have the Show More Options button but no other options showing i’m really sad they took it off hope they put it back.

Cant use xsolla too, my sole payment method, cuz some reason my card doesnt work on the others

@gaijin when is this mess fixed… i just wanted to spend more money and you just stopped me and about 50% of the playerbase from not being able to buy shit… you will be making less money yk

They removed the “Show more Options”. Now I can’t buy GE until this problem is fixed or at least they release a statement about this

Well for me the show more option doesn’t reveal anything, i’m curious did popular payment method depends on player locality? since there is no Discover and in place there is a brand of e-wallet popular in my place, anyway, i also can’t buy GE using Xsolla, i guess @gaijin doesn’t want my money anymore

The payment option depends on your localisation, we have different agreements for different regions.
As far as I know, we are currently changing our partner for South America, so some options may not be available.
We are trying to bring them back as soon as possible, sorry for the inconvenience.
Also, if you do not have the “show more” option, please try to check if it appears when you select the pack/item directly from the store without adding it to the cart.

Well that’s sucks especially when there is no news or even announcement for almost a month, unless it back fast, my BP grind will be for nothing since i only bought pass when i hit BP level 80 up.

I set it to Europe for myself and got some more payment info there again. Weird as Netherlands is in Europe… still nothing like iDeal. Gaijin doesnt want to make money anymore? Quite annoying if you ask me!
