Its not that rare for some planes to have multiple adapters, especially when they dont have one made yet. Most common case, as seen here too, is with a different X nations weapon being on Y nations aircraft

Surely having dual pylons means that integration on wing tips is impossible right? This would mean asraam is stuck to the outer 2 wing pylons not including wing tip

They probably have made a western weapon adapter for their eastern aircraft. The Tejas has a dual pylon for ASRAAMs. However India and their tests are rather secretive sometimes

su30sm2 will be better than su30sm/mki. till they start producing super sukhoi su30mki which will take a while.
