Because in the end they are the “same aircraft”, as it was already confirmed in the bug report thread for the MKM. Even if they have different electronics and whatnot, it appears they can still have them according to them.
Neither do you have anything specifically saying it cannot use them or does not have a specific system. The brochure is still an earlier one which can still possibly affect it, that would still count as proof here, even if this is a low hanging fruit that I am well aware of.
Honestly this whole argument is worthless from both of us. They already have done it, so I don’t think it would change, whether some want to or not.

And there also ppl question capabilities of MKM of using Kh-38M family, they are not the same.
Even if i would have something bug reportes would ignore it or close it with title “not a bug”
The one and only one brochure of it claiming it may be integrated because Kh-38M uses the same AKU-630AE pylon. There is absolutely no brochures, advertisements or test even stupid mock-ups on Su-30 with Kh-38.
