i think it will depend on what BR they want it to stay at.
even with all those stuff it wont be higher than current 14.3 br
su30mki will be 14.3 along with su30sm
I mean considering it gets like 10 kinds of aams I think it will be top tier no matter what
i wont be surprised if they give it 8xr77 + 2xr73 n let it stay at 13.7
yea i forgot. so its probably going to be 14.0 or 14.3 , but i doubt they will add it for now.
A great aircraft for UK that would fill the ESA void. +1
How many with double racks? If it is as absured as an F18 with 8 AMRAAMs I’m scared to what Russia can get
su30sm in game can carry 12 r77 + 2 r73. so the same would apply for su-30mki if they add it , but i kinda doubt they would give it to the su30mki.
Only su-35s should be able to get double racks, but gaijin has given them to all Russian r-77 capabable flankers
Is that a fixed aesa or mounted on a gimbal
uttam is a fixed aesa , they haven’t said anything about the azimuth coverage of virupaksha radar but it kinda looks like its mounted on a gimbal ? so ig it will have very good azimuth coverage.
(mock up of virupaksha radar)
If it also gets 177 engines it would truly be the best flanker in the world
177 engines?
177s* it’s not selected yet, potential.
Basically al41f1 but on al31f frame
okay mica has eject launchers which means it can be used in between engines. 10x mica incoming!!!
doesnt the UK have any E2Ks with an AESA?
ECRS is in development iirc, but it is heavily planned to be fitted on the newest British EFTs. Was also shown as a plan during RIAT. Not sure if they tested one on an EFT though

Aye was/is in testing on an Airframe
