I was just permanently chat banned for no reason after a couple months away from the game

I haven’t played War Thunder in probably two months cause I’ve been busy with work, and I came back to a permanent chat ban citing ten or more infractions despite my account never having had a chat ban before this point. I would like to know why and how I can appeal this nonsense decision.

Well so how do I do that? The website is unclear? I got to Navigation and then staff and then any of those people? Or only ones that say Game Master? I’m not seeing any labeled that way
