i want fpv to the ground battles
maybe soon. infantry playtest might start with the next dev server and they were part of the trailer
Well that would need tons of tweaking to current modes to be remotely balanced.
The drone in game is already FPV. FPV drone is first person view drone.
implementation of infantry and manpads would probably balance this, but manpads would pose a threat to helicopters which are already vulnerable, then electronic warfare guns would be implemented and have the upper hand until fiber optic drones made it into the game, this would give us a hint about how it happened during modern wars as it already happened in that same order of events
Larger fpv drones might be ok if the game is flooded with counterbalances that don’t harm current vehicles but I’m more concerned about the smaller ones like the DJI
I’d rather not see fpv drones. Adding drones is a very poor idea and there are far better games out there for that kinda content.
