Even then, US and NATO CAS generally dominates at top tier, russia only has access to range, whereas NATO jets have better avionics, better optics, better weapons (even if shorter range) and FM which make dodging/outranging pantsir missiles incredibly easy

The biggest problem with the pantsir was that the air map size was too small.
Now that we are getting much larger air maps, you can pretty easily work around them.

It is not effective because the air defense range on BR 10.3-10.7 has a range of 15 km and the range of mavericks is 6 km-9 km. This is no longer an imbalance. What are you even talking about? A-10 has been nerfed for a long time. They even took away his uranium strip.

The A-10 isn’t good unless there are no AA and no enemy CAP aircraft, it simply isn’t fast enough to make up for it’s other shortcomings

The max spaa range at that br is 10km. agm65D can target lock starting at around 14km.

AMRAAMs are medium-range missiles, at close ranges of 10-15 km they are not very effective, besides, Soviet missiles at close ranges are not inferior to the AIM-120, by the way, the AIM-120 was also nerfed.
Not directly, tests aid in the production of documents, and those documents are validated in other ways but just saying ‘the tow-2b can kill a tank during testing’ is not enough of a justification to say ‘the tow-2b can destroy an enemy MBT in a combat enviroment’ so we need other sources/evidence to show that
Debatable. The premium one will struggle vs spaa. The tech tree can outrange them.
As for vs fighters, in a 1v1, it can hold its own in most cases.

Yep, Mavericks are pretty ridiculous at that BR, they far outrange the Rolands and OSAs which are the best SAMs at that BR, and they can even deal with the Tunguska which used to be the best SPAA in game

Yes, the A-10 simply will not be able to fly within the Maverick’s launch range, and the Maverick is so slow that the battle will end before it reaches.
The a10 can 100% fly close enough to launch them.

Simply incorrect, an A-10A late or A-10C can very easily get 3x-6x multikills through mavs
And be shot down by TOR or WASP at a distance of 15 km.
On the first A-10A late, the thermal imager is simply terrible and there is no zoom, you won’t be able to see anything from 10 km and to launch the maverick you need both speed and altitude. No! This is not even discussed. The A-10 is simply not capable of fighting anti-air.
