I’m doing a school project and I am looking and comparing designs for US and USSR Jets from the late 1970’s to the early 1990’s and I can’t easily find any declassified flight manuals and I was hoping people would send PDF’s of the flight manuals. I will take any jet from these 2 countries AS LONG AS IT IS DECLASSIFIED. I don’t know if I can ask this here but I really need help. Thank you to all who view this.

Just an internet search will find them. The older ones are generally freely available.
If you not sure about getting on to possibly dodgy websites, try https://archive.org

Just search for a plane name and “flight manual” or so. e.g. f-14 flight manual, or f-18 flight manual
Not so sure on USSR ones, as they are probably written in Russian so you’d have to find translated ones I guess (e.g. su-27 flight manual)

same goes for the f-18 manuals besides the f18a manual from 1985
there does exist an english Mig-25PD manual
i could send you an F-15A manual and a Su-27S manual
or F-16A and Mig-29
or if it is supposed to be 9lder than that then F-4 and Mig-23
