I need a MOD or Tool to switch off the "Destroyes By-Card"

Hi Folks,
as mentioned above. I am increasingly annoyed with that new (for me at least) unwanted “feature”.
Is there any Tool or Mod out there that helps me to get rid of that CoD Style nonesense?
