i’m thinking of purchasing the MiG-21 bison when it goes on sale, but i’m not sure if it will be on sale since it was only 2 updates ago, could it go on sale if an update comes in october or november?

It wont. Vehicles from the last 2 updates will not go on sale.

It should be, we usually get an updated just before the sale season.

We don’t get updates like 1 month apart.
We had September update than next in December.
