I know im kinda late to the party but any tips for grinding in avaition for beginners?

i just started playing the other day and im using britian to grind because i heard it was the fastest but any other tips to getting to top tear asap?

buying max BR premium fastest way

I checked your profile and u only got a gladiator unlock? Don’t rush for jet and just chill and grind, even if u buy your way up to top tier ur just gonna be food for other player since the skill gap is huge.

But if u still wanna do it, u could buy the Bison for 50% discount when the anni sale come or wait till the next update and buy the Canadian F18 ($80 tho). Don’t say i didn’t warn ya but it’s your money.

I want to clarify that my title “Game Master” isn’t given due to skill or extra knowledge of the game, we Game Masters only handle in-game chat and name -bans. So read my tips here as if it’s from any other player :)

My biggest and first tip is to NOT stress to get to the top, there is a big risk of falling behind the learning curve as there are quite a big jumps in knowledge needed to be able to play the planes well at a couple of places of BR increase.

As soon as you get into the territory of radars and radar missiles it’s going to be really hard to play if you haven’t already learnt the other basics in the game quite well. In the end there is no one stopping you from aiming for the top fast and i will give you some tips, i just think the risk of feeling disappointed is going to larger if you rush it to fast.

That being said, here are my tips for faster progression in general:

  • You can, if you really want to, skip one or two of the lines as you only need to unlock the amount of planes specified in the tree (found in the circle to the left in the tech tree) at each rank, so take a look at what planes you want to reach and if those lines have enough planes in them to fill the required amount at each rank or if you need one more line unlocked to be allowed to continue to the next rank.

  • Playing Realistic mode or Simulator mode will grant a lot more Research points (RP) per time played compared to Arcade mode. Realistic is recommended as Simulator risk you running out of Silver Lions (SL) FAST if you’re not careful and know what you are doing, i do not recommend simulator for beginners at all, realistic mode is a lot better to try to learn to play and more players play that mode in general so the queue times will also be shorter. Arcade gives a lot more SL but way less RP, its a good mode to play if you’re running low on funds to buy the next plane and need a boost in SL.

  • Spading (unlocking all modifications on) a plane is almost always worth it as every row unlocked gives a bonus amount of RP applied to the plane you are researching, just playing a few extra matches in a plane (even though you already have unlocked the next one) can be worth it just for the bonus. it is a little less worth it at the first 2-3 ranks but can still be worth it just for the extra experience and learning to play the game.

  • When researching a plane you get a little more RP (i think 10% ?) if you are playing the plane just before it in the tree.

  • Play the “Assault. Air Arcade” mode once a day for a bonus booster (randomly gives RP or SL booster). It’s a players VS bots mode and you do still get RP when playing that mode in addition to the reward based on how many waves your team clears.

  • Completing the daily tasks listed to the right in the hangar will not only give you bonuses when completed but also progress the battlepass that has free rewards in the form of SL and SL/RP boosters at even intervalls (the task can be rerolled for an SL cost if it is to hard for you to complete).

  • Remember to level up your Crew! i recommend to prioritize:
-“Keen vision” (enemy planes get spotted by the pilot (and thus marked) earlier and also seen easier against the ground)
-“G-Tolerance” (makes your pilot handle harder turns without passing out)
-“Stamina” (makes your pilot be able to handle g-forces for a longer time and makes the pilot recover faster if they faint from turning to hard)
    and lastly
-“Weapon maintenance” (your main guns will not overheat and jam as easy and your rockets/bombs will not scatter as much).
-I do recommend putting some points into most of the skills though as they are almost all useful in some way, just read through them and see which ones sound good to you (like for example; leveling up the “number of experienced gunners” skill is a waste of points if you aren’t playing bombers or any planes with multiple crew)

If you have any questions about my tips I’ll happily clarify if you ask me :)

the blindest answer would be a top tier premium but that cuts out the months of experience you need to earn to be able to do anything at the higher tiers of air.

a mid tier premium would be the fastest less lobotomising way to do it but my honest recommendation would be to use this start as a way to find what aircraft you like as you progress and learn, dont concern yourself with if you get to top tier or not. I Dont personally like top tier gameplay, im much happier with mid ww2 props or late 1960s jets

For the love of God do not buy a top tier premium.

If you are going to get a premium get a prop instead. Jumping straight into top tier would be extremely overwhelming.
