I just bought a pack through steam and when I enter the game it still says I need to buy it

I just bought the Senrai Maidens: Elsa pack through steam, and when I enter war thunder the pack is not there, it appears as if I never bought it, but when I go into my steam library it say that I did buy it, I need some help with this

iirc you need to make a support ticket for this rather than post it on the forum

server has been having issues today, its also first day of pack sales so the game may have trouble updating inventories.

Rule of thumb: Never use Steam for War Thunder purchases. Hope you get it fixed

you need your steam account linked to your gaijin account to receive packs even if you purchase it through steam.

make sure that youre gajin account is linked. If you find you pack on a diffrent account that you do not want, do not touch it at any way. If you do, support cant to anything.
