after the uppdate (dance of dragons) i start to experience very bad screen tearing .

RTX 3050
I5-12450H
16 GB RAM
MY MONITOR:
2560X144 144HZ dree sync
i now is not a lot but i didn’t have this problem in the past.
i tried to activate v-synk but it did nothing plese help
