My friend recently bought me the F-A18 pack as a gift on Steam. However, instead of going to my main standalone Gaijin account, it went straight into the account automatically linked with my Steam profile (we did not know how it works).
I have already opened a support ticket under “Financial Issues”. I want to emphasize that I have NOT touched the pack at all - 0 battles played, no Golden Eagles or premium time spent. It is completely pristine.
Has anyone here been in a similar situation? Do you think Gaijin Support will transfer the pack to my main account as a one-time exception since it’s completely unused? I’m a bit stressed about this and would love to hear about your experiences.
