Guys, i’ve been playing this game for about 1100+ hours now, im currently at 9.3 at sscb ground and 6.3 at air sscb, and around 9.3 ground japanese (grinding it with fuji) and finished the japanese air tech tree with f4ej. But i noticed other day that i literally no idea where im going (both on ground and air battles no matter the br). I had a hard time playing top tier but my kinda-good multipathing works and im not really bad at air rb because i know the missiles etc… About ground, im currently trying to get to top tier russia but always get killed from random (mostly chinese dudes lol :D) tanks. Just because i have 6 tanks on my loadout i manage to get 4-5-6 kills often, but i dont think its effective. I just press auto to go to battlefield and hope to get some kills. It was WAY worse before, i was trying to get kills by rushing with light tanks but i realized that i shouldn’t rush 24/7. Im camping on random spots and some games i manage to get 8-9 kills ( I got nuke twice but both of them ended with me not being on time :D). So what should i do now? I was hoping to learn by myself wtihout realizing but it seems that im still very bad at the game and i cant really focus on the game when i dont know what im doing. Also i forgot to mention that im still having a hard time playing fuji, yes if i dont rush i can get 1-2 maybe 3 kills without tryharding but i cant really enjoy the tank anymore so i believe it is used in wrong hands. So yeah, this post is mostly about ground realistic battles but i would love to get information about air battles too. Thanks!

yeah and no, you just need to keep a mental note of where your team’s going, where the enemies are going, and where are the good spots people don’t usually check that would be able to get you a few kills and then find a few spots per map and with time understand how tides turn and where to position yourself when the first spawn wave of enemies die to kill them again when they come back
4.6k hour in the game and i can say that some maps are just dogwater.

There is nothing wrong with that if you are also getting critical hits, assists or capturing points, which is the whole point of ground RB. I can’t provide any info for Top Tier, because I avoid anything above 10.0.
Regarding maps, don’t just press W and following the rest of the herd like a lemming. There are other options normally available such as flanking. Some maps, like Advance to the Rhine, the majority of both teams will stay on the one side of the map (along the A line).
Generally, I always confirm the enemy team (RU/USA) and BR of my team to determine potential vehicles I could face, also is it a full BR uptier or are you higher tier? If your playing against 8.7 US, your guaranteed to see a herd of XT-800s rushing or trying to flank.
