I have been falsely banned after playing nearly 700 hours

Hello there,
I have been accused and banned while i havent been active on my account for botting my account. This allegedly happened while I was for a time playing league of legends, and i noticed my account was password guessed or i was maybe cookie logged i have no idea. But i returned to play the game once and secure my account so i wouldnt keep on getting messages that someone logged into my war thunder account and logged off. Next time i returned i was banned for using bots. I have been playing the game for almost 700 hours and spent countless dollars on the game, hence there would be no reason for me to bot my account. I can even show proof of people logging into my account from dutch, german and chinese IP adresses while my own is in Denmark.

Please help me solve this problem, as i really miss playing war thunder.

And for the record, I made this post since i couldn’t contact a gamemaster, because i appearently have to be active in game.
