1: Is it fraudulent to use multiple accounts to dodge punishments (e.g. in-game, forum, etc.)?
2: Do I use alt accounts if my main account is hacked?
3: What do I do if I suspected somebody using an alt account or selling an account?

Having multiple accounts is a violation of the terms of service and using it to dodge punishment is even moreso a violation of the terms of service.
If your account has been hacked, please contact Gaijin support with proof of it.

I’m not sure who would be the appropriate person to contact/what the proper form of reporting is if you suspect someone of using an alt account or selling an account, but I can check. I’ll get back to you on that one.
