I had four Packs removed from my account

I am at a GE balance of -36k with four packs removed from my account. I have already submitted a support ticket but I won’t be able to play until my packs are returned. I have lost the J35XS, Tornado IDS WTD61, CV 901015, and the Christian 2. I have no idea how long it will take for them to fix this but I will be extremely pissed off if it makes it so I can’t get the Persian Tomcat.

yeah its a bug i think, i mean if u didnt refund anything then its a bug

I still haven’t gotten a response for my “help ticket”. I know I didn’t refund it but whenever I was trying to start a match or even change gamemode it yelled at me because my purchases were “revoked”, so I don’t know if it is something on Gaijin’s side or Microsoft’s side.
