Yes although thankfully it’s much rarer to see.
R-60 still are Rear aspect, so you have more space to come and kill Yak-38’s far less dangerous overall in comparison to the current AIM-9L/R-60M
You will probably run into some SARH missiles unless you are only flying a 9.0 jet and even then you can still see some SARHs.

Early SARHs are about as hard to dodge as it is to outrun a turtle. Even if you don’t have an RWR they leave very visible smoke trails, so literally just turn 180 and go cold.
All aspect missiles should be capped to 10.3 and above so all 9.0 without flares don’t have to suffer against them, on the other hand all Hunter players can suffer until Gaijin decides to down tier those miserable things.

Most early SARHs are also 10g so unless you’re in space you should be able to evade them

And they aren’t always easy to spot, a AIM-9C or AIM-7C/D can mess you up.
