I already posted a ticket on Community Bug Reporting System but i thought I might as well ask community.

So my PC is: RTX 3070, i7-10700KF, 16gb RAM, and as told by developer I set DX12 ON, to enable use of RT. Then I restart game as it asks me to. After restart somehow I’m unable to change any graphics settings, along with setting RT ON, changing anti-alliasing (which is turned by default as TAA) etc.

Where is the problem? NVIDIA settings? Win10 settings? Where else to look?
