I can't buy golden eagles

Hello!

I know I’m a bit late, but I finally decided to buy two planes with golden eagles.
Unfortunately, when I want to buy 2500 GE, the website declines the transaction. On my phone everything is ok, my app says the purchase was succesful, and I can also buy things from other websites.
I use Visa paying method.

Please help if you can!

I use Mastercard, and the same problem occurs with me. I’ve been trying to buy GE and Gaijin Coin it declines for no reason.
