Same things just happened to me, bought the Chinese SU-30 instead of the Colombian one i am distraught ive sent the ticket through but i was expecting the russian flag im used to seeing in game and i mistook the chinese one for it hopefully they see i made such a mistake honestly.
You need to make sure you have extra premium and gold days so they can actually issue a refund.
same thing just happened to me, bought the american f18 instead of the swiss german one, didnt spend the ge or crew the plane, i have 100+ days of prem time, do you think ill get a refund? can i still play the game while i wait?
Was reading through this thread, I think that as long as you don’t use the mistake vehicle, and your wait time doesn’t leave you using the premium the pack gave you, you should be good. But it may be safer to just only log in for your daily reward or something. At the same time, OP played two matches in the F-15, but still had all the GE and hadn’t used any premium time (likely purchased some before, and hadn’t finished it). So if you’ve played a match or two, you should be good since you have the premium time, but don’t spend any GE!.

Your welcome. Having a specialist is a good sign since they are going to have someone spend the time to attempt to get your refund, which means that they are almost certainly going to give your money back.

That’s not possible, but refund it and then get the correct pack. And don’t touch that vehicle or join any custom servers! Otherwise, your refund request may be denied. :)
Unfortunately, vehicles and pack content cannot be directly transferred or exchanged between accounts or different vehicles once the purchase has been completed.
