I bought a tank pack as a gift for a friend from Stoma on Steam in the same region, and he accepted it. It’s listed in the DLC section on Steam, but not in the game. Please help!!!
Has your friend re-started their game?
Is it an account created through steam or are they just using steam to log in (it has to be an account created through steam for steam purchases to work)?
If you can’t solve it then as your friend to contact support for help, if they find the pack on a different account then they should NOT use it or support might not be able to help. The account was created through Steam and linked to a Gaijin Pass and email (thus, a full link). He can’t use it in any way, as it’s not in the game; it only appears on Steam.
Well, I’ve already written to support.
I think your friend might also have to contact support since it’s about their account.
It can take them a couple of days to answer.
