I am unable to raise issues through community.gaijin.net "Unable to save issue"

I had tried to raise a report on one of the vehicles ingame but I got this error each time I tried to click create:

Unable to save issue [EID: oEMSZGTIM7bYQXdOnVGkfJIz]

I had supplied all the asterisked options, anyone know what this is about?
I did move my account from PSN to PC long ago when the option was given if that helps.

I had a similar problem try with a different browser that worked for me

Thanks, but I’ve just tried through Edge and firefox and it still did not work react_confused

same error.

This happens to me too, haven’t been able to report for two days. I’ve tried on chrome and edge
