I am trying to access the CDK and I keep getting this message Any help would be appreciated

I have also tried reinstalling both the CDK and the game itself and have gotten nowhere

Perhaps this precedent will help.

Try installing the Microsoft Visual C++ distibuition package and reboot your PC.
