Hull break / overpressure in naval

Do we know exactly how does the hull break / overpressure mechanic work in naval?

For me it feels a bit different than in the ground battles, but I find it challenging to judge. Anyone did any serious testing, or has insights from the datamines / dev team to share?

Asking, because it was raised as a topic in the discussions around https://wiki.warthunder.com/Damage_mechanics article that is being expanded to cover Naval battles. (Just a reminder: Wiki is written by volunteers, without any contact with WT dev team or Gaijin itself, much like in the case of Wikipedia itself - you can hop in and edit it yourself, any time you want :) )

In ground battles Hull Break was removed and replaced with over pressure, in naval battles Hull Break is when for example a small boat gets it by a large enough shell I think it’s around 100mm diameter it hull breaks the boat and with larger vessels like destroyers you would need a very high caliber and maybe multiple hits to actually rip open the hull completely atleast that’s how I think it works to my experience iirc
