Since this new patch I have no panel at the bottom of my screen. I cannot see how many shots left or artillery timing or target painting etc. So how do I reset my hud?

At the bottom of your screen should be a very small indicator showing you what button to press to show the hud.
If there is no such button then you have likely accidentally hidden the panel completely by holding it (it can then be un-hidden by holding the button again):

Thank you very much. I saw the little logo thing at the bottom, but there was no key alongside it. Went to settings and there was no key set. Done now and I see the key I have set alongside the logo.

So pressing that key will now hide/show that part of the hud :)
