That’s why i said before they can make an event 14D of VX-4 or VX-9 , with HARM, AGM-84s, AMRAAMs, the original 54C+ High Powered Phoenix, 9X and i don’t know what other things they tested…
Can be 14.0 easily , since it will have insane arsenal. They’ve tested whatever can be tested there…
And add a normal 14D at 13.3 or something , with the armament it in actual service.
Also, as test planes go…from the 37 made, 6 of them passed service time in VX and test units, 1 or 2 of them went in service units after some time in the test/evaluation units.

Does F-14D get HMD and PD radar?
The radar is an SRC PD, regarding the HMS, it appears that the VTAS installed on the F-4S was also installed “on a trial basis.”
It has full all aspect PD and by the Rafale standards it should have VTAS II or III but there’s no way Gaijin is going to be consistent.
does the f14d utilize an HMD or it was in the plans
it would honestly be really good at a realistic BR! Cant wait for it to get added! (at 14.0 because clearly it has ARHs and cant possibly go lower (and with only AIM-9Bs because clearly 9Ms would be too much))

Your forgetting the F-4S ended up as a premium despite being the end of the line phantom for the US tree
At this point i wouldnt be surprised if the F-14D is a premium
that would make sense if they had if they had a premium at that rank but it would compete with F18C early if added they dont need a third rank 8 premium F4S and F4Js only difference is the SLATS not enough of a Buff to deserve a whole new slot in tree too hence why it happened
i think war thunder should add the f14d and ST21 in the f14 folder or between the f/a18c late and the super hornet and i think they should add the f14 am as a event plane (because RN the event plane is ASS) and i think it should be able to carry the r73 and the r27 (or a nerfed version) yes i know that it cant carry the r27 irl but the stermtiger is in the tech tree so i think the r27s can slide
F-14D eventually they will make it in a way or another.
ST21 …didn’t exist and it had many changes on it to just model them a la F-16AJ. So …nope.
F-14AM (the Iranian one) is practically in game with the F-14A (IRIAF) event plane… it’s just badly implemented.
Stuck with 9Ps when it could shoot R-73 (however not at 100% implementation) and Fatter All aspect IR missiles.
R-27 test was a failure anyway. It shouldn’t have them.
Fakour 90 implementation is according to wikipedia level and trust me bro sources because they are not sources in the internet of higher trust anyway as for the performance of the missile, however… they don’t take on account the remodeled cockpit and upgraded radar (trust me bro sources as well, but it’s either you utilize what sources you have…or you don’t).

yeah no clue how they think the FAKOUR 90 can pull 20G based of bug reports for MIM 23 even though the 2 missiles ARE ENTIRELY UNRELATED BESIDES THE SHARED ROCKET MOTOR

Maybe, It would be like MIG-29M. Be a squadron vehicle. And make the A late model to event or premium.
Or worse case F-14D would be a premium like they did to SU-30.
