So I don’t mind this thing being absolutely slow; it’s a battleship. But how do I use this thing? The gun sometimes deals a ridiculous amount of damage to the enemy; sometimes it doesn’t at all. What target do I aim for when I am in a full uptier? What do I do when I see bunch of planes diving on me because I have 0 anti-air? It my first battleship in the US. It got some good armour too.
Full Uptier = Facing Mr. Nimbus
Ok who is that? What do I do when I face it?
its a rick and morty reference
Try to go for enemy ships which are focusing on other targets. When it comes to air raiding your ship, just pray.
If your anti-air isn’t good you’ll need to try to stay near others who can help defend you.
I find uptiers are brutal in naval bluewater. In arcade, check out what others have and if several are all 1.0 BR above you it’s probably best to exit that match. Otherwise, you’re in a match where you basically can’t damage enemies, can’t even reach them sometimes, and there is no out-maneuvering when you’re out in the open in a slow boat.
Also, if you’re not already, do the “ranging-shot” thing so you can fire off guns individually and over time. I find it more fun (and helps) to get up a more continuous fire, especially for the bigger really-slow reloading big guns.
Found the topic interesting, commented to follow. I too, would like to learn, Cheers.
