If u notch on 90° for 2 sec while poping chaff the missile should be on iog so just move up and down a bit or in the other direction of the missile coming
U need to play and feel it for urself

The video and tutorial helps alot however there a problem I am facing once I notched the Missle from far away after a few second it tracks back and again and again until it hit me it using lot of chaffs.

I did, but did I pull up the wrong way, I just pull up and how to face multiple Fox 3 from different directions? Those F-15 spam bunch of aim-120.
Well the first missile spamm is come from the same angle so i can notch all of them at a single notch
It is harder to face few fox3 at the same time thats why u need awearness and notch quicly also this is where good airframes has an advantge

I can give u a tip that being high gives u the option to notch down which helps alot in surviving this big slavos
Also using the keyborad to notch while looking at the missiles with free look make this much easier bit also needs practicing to get it right
Still struggling alot… So let me tell you how I do it… I see my RWR screaming I turn 90 Degrees base on where the Radar signal is coming and dump some chaff then change courses but it still tracking me… Do I change the direction when the RWR stop screams at me? And also Do I keep my plane flat or 90degrees?
Try go a bit further on the side that u are notching like if the missile come from the right after u go 90° keep going to 91°-92°
Also try to watch the repleys so u understand why the missile keeps being on u if its locked or iog or even dl

What the point of fuel dumping on the SU-27SM? does it blind the enemy if they are chasing behind?
I find it hard to Notch the R-77-1 and the Aim-120-C5. The older variant of the Aim-120 is already hard to notch but I can handle it but the C5 I find it harder to notch. I turn 92 degrees flat then 2 chaff, then dive down after that, Pull up and stay 92 degrees or 89 and keep chaff while keep switching attitude. it won’t stop tracking. What am I doing wrong?
fuel dumping is mostly just a gimmick. Could have some uses if you are really in an emergency but with how restrictive it is with what speeds you can fuel dump on (i think it was somewhere between 300-700 kmh only)
i have found it easier to notch missiles when not diving down for the deck in my experience

There is no diffrance in the seeker for all modern fox 3 expet the mica
I cant tell what u did wrong without a gameplay
I check the replay… What I see is that the missle was Notched but after I change my aircraft attitude it re-track again. and it repeat over and over again.
Also Why is my RWR screaming missle launching when there literally no missles coming for me?
Picking up a missile meant for someone else, or it’s a missile you evaded that’s not going to do anything since it’s been drained of energy but the seeker still works
According to the sensor view I evaded then it retracked me and lock on me then I evaded again then it retrack me flying to my direction… And also sometimes my RWR keep screaming even no missle tracking at me I see no green line coming to me at the sensor replay.

Maybe u got “datalinked” so the missile relocked u again and again
Smt rwr can pick up missiles lunches on nearby teamates
How to notched datalinked missles? The missle is notched but the aircraft radar is not getting notched…

Just keep a perfect notch and move a little up and down
Smt the missile will go to chaff but if not u need to make it fly past you

Welp thank you, It look like I have pretty much know how to notch missle that comes from 1 direction… but now how do I notch missle from multiple direction like left, right, top and buttom? Happens to me alot espically late games.

Also try to be in a position and be aware that u wont end up with missiles from several directions
