How to play user/custom missions?

How do i add and play a custom mission or a user mission in WT?

I have the .BLK file but i dont know how to launch it via URL nor is the BLK file turning up in the user missions tab…

Custom mission you need to host that mission file on a web server, as google drive no longer works.

As for the user mission, I’m sure that’s different.
