Help I have no idea how to use this thing it feels clunky and fat. Pls help
It’s just like the BMP-1, except no missile.
Like any light tank, that has weak armor, use it’s speed, and ability to cross water to flank and spot for your team.
The gun has a good round, and can pen most armor it faces.
Like most Russian based vehicles, it lacks decent gun depression so you need to understand your terrain whenever you decide to engage targets.
Your not going to be doing some head to head battles as it can be penned by most rounds above .50 cal, but being coded by Gaijin, it does bounce the odd round.
I should probably not be rushing into battle without a plan and lighting up on everything I see then. It’s also my first BMP, so idk what “plays like a BMP-1” means…
You can rush, just pick your fights. It’s gun will pen just about every vehicle at It’s BR, but gun depression, and light armor make it vulnerable.
Im not a fan of BMP type of vehicles, but prefer IKV-91 and BTR-80 light tanks for Sweden.
The IKV has laser range finder, and good gun depression allowing you to fire from behind cover.
The BTR, has good mobility, and its gun can deal with botj land and air targets.

Sorry, I meant Russia and Italy have the BTR. The Ikv-91 was almost criminal a few years back when it was usually facing American/Russian/German WW2 heavies. You could just go hull down and use your laser range finder and HEAT-FS shell to destroy them frontally.

Ok Pbv is prob undertiered, just played a game where I got 1776 SP with it stock :)
Use your fast reload and low profile to your advantage and try to shoot ammo or vital components like Gunner or Cannon Breech/Barrel.
I got a nuke in it first round lol it is such a good vehicle.
Pair it with the Bkan and you have a great lineup.
Don’t have the Bkan 1C, but the A21RB is very nice as a fighter bomber, and unlike the SK60 which I was using originally, no 8.0 uptiers :D
