Try the national communities, maybe you’ll find someone that speaks your language.
And look for a good squadron to join.

aw i was so awful when i started i used to stay in the friendly cap spawn and think it’s enemy spawn when i started XD
Here’s a unpatched glitch: You can join regular air battle matches or even simulator air battles if you want better results, talk whatever in the chat, if a person replies back and you guys stay good for the rest of the match try adding it to your friendlist and invite for a squadron. Data (my mind) shows that the chances are lower in ground and naval battles, so less effective.
I’m echoing the air simulator battles aspect. On certain days at WW2 prop tiers, there’s decently talkative and cool folk. Other lobbies are toxic and weird, but regulars can make for good company.
