How to get my progress on the main server to the test servers

I dont have my progress on the dev servers and ive tried the steam login and it just says that its unable to connest to the servers and

and even try the web login it just say unable to connect just like the steam login

I think you need a gaijin account linked to steam to go through steam. Is that how you signed up? Or did you sign up with steam

i signed up with steam and even trying to login with steam it just says unable to connect

i have one and have it s4et up even the 2 step verification

and everything is linked i used steam to sign up and i have an email binded i have a gaijin account ive made purchases through the marketplace
