See the lroblem with that is the fact that the rewards are so low on those targets its almost now even worth considering. Plus in order to effectively engage AI ground targets you’ll have to make multiple passes, and at that point your a pretty slow target. Plus the longer you’re over the target area in the middle of the map, the higher chance you’ll be shot down. This game mode is 100% geared to top tier fighters and literally everything else is just a second thought at best with a small hand out.

That’s on them then. There are better Phantoms in the game. F-4F ICE can’t work without heavy BR decompression. It’s either going to be OP or awful. I would much rather have it be awful.
The Amraam and Aim-9M Harriers have a much better FM, 180 countermeasures etc etc. They’re far better at a lower BR.

Imagine assuming that the video actually means anything of substance considering the current game state.
One can only cope so much, after all. But I’m convinced you guys are just coping way too hard. This isn’t a hill to die on; The game state for top tier air was not okay before and it’s very, very not okay now with ARH and MP changes.

Doing what the video says takes at least 10-20 seconds of notching to rid the lock from the missile. And chaff never works correctly when it should since it only triggers the radar of the missile within 1km which still is close enough for it to track and kill you with the blast anyways just like the missiles hitting the ground and still killing you.
As a Russian main I don’t mind the Fox 3’s. But the shear amount that are carried is a bit absurd. Even if the R77s are the worst up close they are the deadliest but sadly more often than not, the don’t ever pull the correct G’s as they should.
The tree size is absurd as well as 90% of the maps you can’t get below 60m anyways even on flats.
Should come from devs themselves actually rather then saying “im lucky to have been able find that reddit/ forum comment explaining how to do it”

Whats said in the video works for med to high alt jousting. Fox-3 fired at medium to high range won’t ever hit, if you follow these basics. Its that safe that I hadn’t scored a longer range hit since days.
However, the new missile is almost undodgeable when fired from above towards ground players and at low range up to 16 / 20 km. Even hits when they fly literally between the trees.
