My main forum account got permanently banned and I would like to appeal it directly with the forum moderators. I can’t pm forum moderators via main account due to it being suspended.

Support wasn’t helpful on my situation, Is there a way to check who has banned my main account? I would like to directly discuss with them about my issue.
From your statement i understand you have 2 accounts, that is a bannable offence too.
Only support team can help you, but if you account was banned due to cheating there i do not have too much hopes.
I advise you to use the 2 step authentication.
