How to activate 4k texture pack

i have downloaded the full UHD tecture pack. How can i activate 4k texture pack on PC?

I may be wrong but 4K textures seems to be applied only when you play the game at higher resolutions. They don’t seem to engage playing at lower resolutions (i.e. hd : 1920x1080). I’m not sure if 4K textures are used at higher resolution when upscale technology like DLSS and FSR is activated outside of « native » mode.

I read somewhere; 4k Texture pack only work with dx 12 mode and must acivated in the game menu section. But i cant find that option and i cant remember which link its written
