Artilery is such a a dumb feature. It’s just a complete roll of dice whether it will kill an roofed vehicle or not.
Gajin could at least made ground vehicles spawn with an artillery cool down instead letting players spam it at beginning of match.

Yeah - the silent attacks from above are ridiculous. I think they made the CAS sounds a lot lower than they used to be.
Have heard actual WW2 attack planes fly around my area during air shows. They are 1-2 km away and make LOT more noise than the CAS in WT does.
Main reason I stopped playing GRB.
Jumbo did that to me on Japan at the central cap. 90% of the Jumbo was behind a rock.
I’d still take the Tiger over most others in the range.
It has great survivability - and not just 1 vs 1. In a brawl there’s lots of enemies that just have a hard time taking it down. It has very good mobility considering the protection it carries.
Plus it’s very resistant to a big host of spaas (assuming the Tiger is not a passive stump)
I agree that planes in WT are FAR too quiet, but if you’re relying solely on sound then you’re doing something wrong.
Artilery give some advantage against enemy that is hiding beyond cover.

Artillery is not as annoying as facing CAS when you are in a tank. Cancer CAS ruins the fun for ground vehicles, about 10x worse than artillery strikes.

At least CAS actually requires skill to spawn, and can actually be countered. Artillery is just a dumb spammable dice roll.
Only the K-4 really competes with it in power generation, and by that point the K-4.
G-14 has a narrow P/W advantage but gets out-generated in terms of energy at realistic altitudes (at very high it wins… but who fights above 3-4 km altitude? Most fights happen under 4 km) and it’s a worse turner than the F-4 as well.
This is the cannon bearcat, which is a worse turner and worse climber and has lower top speed due to higher mass.
currently it takes 1 kill to spawn in my fully loaded Z10ME and unleash hell onto the enemy team
for a fully loaded J11 id need 2-3 kills
you dont need any skill to spawn in cas since the spawn costs are way to low

CAS arent all equal. Spaa levels the playing field.
Yep, totally. Russia and Germany getting SPAA that far surpasses every other nation at pretty much every BR is very equal.
Meanwhile France and Italy getting an AA even better than the Russian&German AAs and Britain getting an AA at least on par with the SLM.
So boom that is 5 nations already.

Thats complete bull either way.
Sweden, uk, china and japan all have gepard variants.
At times even better then germany even.
Germany had way worse spaa then russia, france, sweden, as well since a long time with the flarakrad.
Cas is a menace and cant only be coumtered by spaas. Those they are at times lower places which is good. All tanks can defeat spaas.
Tanks are useless against CAS.
As a CAS player its your skill issue if you get killed by them.
Cas has always had an advantage against ground.
Only recently this chsnged at top tier

CAS haters routinely make themselves look like fools. When the stupid SP changes were announced, there were triple as many normal players in the forums going against the change as there were CAS haters.
CAS haters are a small portion of the WT community, you just see the same dozen or two on the forums a ton cause they for some reason think that complaining 24/7 and making insane demands will make Gajin listen to them.

Pretty normal for this forum.
Same as people telling everyone else one vehicle is extremely OP while having atrocious stats in that vehicle.
This game needs SBMM so badly it’s not even funny anymore. Seeing comments and suggestions on threads like “Planned BR changes” tells me that not all opinions should be treated equally, which SBMM would help a lot with.
