I’ve almost grinded half the points but I just read that you need 1600 War Bonds. I will have 1550 when I get to level 3 store. How long do I have to buy it after I get 750,000 points?
If I understand the wording right, you don’t have to pay war bonds.
You will be able to exchange the upgrade coupon itself for 1.6k war bonds.

You can’t buy an upgrade coupon for warbonds or GE. The upgrade coupon is earned at 750K score. If you don’t want it, you can exchange the upgrade coupon for 1600 warbonds, but you cannot buy the upgrade coupon. The only way to get it is to earn it for 750K score.
