How is this possible? Ostwind II penetration

The situation is as follows, I did not hit Ostwind II. The game counted as a rebound. I went to see a simulated hit, and there I punch it))0

In game and replay I hit and the projectile ricochets. But looking at the analysis of hits, the projectile penetrates the armor. How is it so that simulation shows armor penetration, but in battle ricochets.

A Christmas miracle, probably the new premium Ostwind, made of that magical metal called walletwarriorinium :-)

Uploaded the video, who can’t watch the replay and simulation.

Protection Analysis is never correct.

I think the issues is actually that there’s some missing information.

In the server replay the round will non-pen but in protection analysis it does penetrate.
So it’s probably because the server calculation was different in some way.

The server can only calculate what it knows, so if there was some information lost during the live game, it can result in different results for protection analysis.

Of course there’s also some RNG involved. Which could also result in situations that where it was very unlikely to pen or non-pen the armor.

Both ricochets and even armor penetration limits are bound to some RNG, meaning the result is never 100% accurate. Of course damage to some degree is also RNG based.

It’s not the first time I’ve seen this, unfortunately I didn’t leave a replay of the air battle where after launching the R24R missile it just disappears. I just laughed and wrote it off to the mode of personal oppression, because of the activation of the experience 500%

He got Gaijined.
