So perfectly fine if a mod twists the game narrative to personal preference then?

Should a mod not be unbiased and just towards both the game and the player base, not making statements or claims that is not official to the game?

I mean, if it is a difference of opinion then what does accurate vehicle representation matter so much to the community and to the development team? Why is there cause to have varying nations in tech tree with varying characteristics and playability? Basically, if a mod can represent the game to their own narrative what is to stop the mod from manipulating opinion and forum flow?
