I got a nuke in the Amx-13, and it made me amused. What’s funny is that I didn’t even kill the guy who accused me, and his only contribution was 1-2 kills and failed revenge/suicide cas.
this particular one was when i sniped japanese bulldog on the ridge between B/C cap on Finland, moved there, and shot the same player sneaking up on me in his type 61 because i heard him from miles away.
you could almost say that man never heard of listening to noises.
Absolute pathetic player (he tried to team kill me a few weeks later- together with his squadded boyfriend) came in with twice my speed (5 km alt advantage😂😂😂) and messed up.
Only ever been accused a few times. Usually was just a crashout mad that I’m not a robot in ARB.
Funniest time was when I got one of my nukes in a centauro, and I wasn’t sniping, I was being pretty aggressive. Someone’s dart passed right through me, when he reloaded he shot HEAT to overpressure me and for the first time ever the ROMOR era actually worked, I then killed him.
You can understand the pretty valid crahout he had after that
I get accused of it all the time because “HOW CAN A GIRL BE GOOD AT THIS GAME???”. Take it as a compliment and carry on. Its otherwise meaningless rage on the part of the player you just beat down. The Devs/Tech Team make the decision on if you are hacking or not when they get a report and review the evidence. They will catch you if you are so, for me, nothing to worry about.
I’ve been accused of hacking multiple times (> 10) over the years, with most of these accusations having insults related to race or nationality. The circumstances are sometimes my use of unconventional tactics such as indirect fire, but more often just my good performance in that specific match. I find that destroying the same player multiple times in a match (usually coincidentally) greatly increases chances to get accused by that player.
I am largely confused at the level of confidence/shamelessness these people have to accuse anyone of hacking without first watching the server replay. Then again, most of the accusations I face are primarily motivated by racism or xenophobia, so the element of logic is necessarily missing in the first place. It is at first funny to hear the thoughts of someone who is controlled entirely by their biases, but also somewhat saddening to realize how widespread such stupidity is. That said, I don’t believe all accusers of hacking believe In their own words; rather, some are simply trying to terrorise others with the certainty of being banned. I usually respond with a mention of the issue of skill, and report hateful speech.
I get a lot of DMs in game, just hardly take screenshots of it. But I do get accused for sus kills too when I shoot down CAS with Type 99 SPH and early SPAA. I don’t blame them, majority of the players I face make it easy. Good portion are in different languages, some accused me for using aim bot, which i clearly don’t lol
Dude was killed by me in ground rb. He then spawned a tank and went to kill me. He drove behind a rock, stop for a second, then kept going. I saw him drive behind the rock so i aimed to the other side of the rock where he eventually came out and got shot.
He said i was wall hacking because there was no way for me to see him behind the rock.
Honestly? Nothing much, most of the people who call me out for hacks don’t play particularly well, so just comes off as whining.
Favourite accusation was years ago when I got an 3km indirect fire kill on fields of poland, using the minimap and a range ruler I made out of a sticky note, in the Type 75 SPH.
Now I just get them cause I’ve been playing long enough to guess ranges reliably 1km+ and possess enough play time to learn the flight paths of most shells Im shooting.
Dropped nukes in obscene vehicles too, the PBV-501, Strv 103 C, and CT-CV 105 HP, one for each, actually 3 in the patria, one shot down, one ran out of time, and one landed.
Along with trolling them along the lines of “Ah - I hear the distress call of the lesser gamer, known sometimes as useless, when confronted with a superior specimen” or words to that effect.
How can they know what gender you are or define as? Do you happen to brag about it every time a match starts? ;-) (that would be funny)
Honestly the people that care about anything related to the persons real life that’s just steering the virtual vehicle in the same lobby like themselves are probably very young and/or don’t have any real issues to care about. Ignore them, mute them, move on. Theres enough nice people in this game to not care about the others
I shot down a P-38 of some kind twice in air arcade in my Sakeen and he accused me of being a “noob hacker”. I seriously don’t see how it was a big deal in the mode with 5 respawns (assuming no backups or extra crew slots)
I got accused once when I was playing on sands of Tunisia, I saw a guy camping behind the dunes in the top left when he peaked over for a small second. I wasn’t able to shoot him but i started driving in his direction but the game ended before I could reach him then he messaged me after the game calling me sus and saying I was cheating
