Only by gambling, when they add it to a box. But as someone who tried to get a single specific vehicle out of those gamble boxes and spent around 700 bucks without success, I tell you to forget about it.
Unless Gaijin does a fair Annual Rerun Event with fixed prices in the form of returning vehicles like for example the Sturmtiger, that can either be grinded or bought, there is no way.
personally I don’t want to see more they are already terrifying with how few there are. I ran into one once and I was speeding through and turned a corner and saw it aiming down the street got scared shitless fired got lucky and nicked the barrle so they could not fire and just ran.
They have a very slow reload, and when the shell is/being loaded, you can fire into their large opening and destroy the shell which will destroy the vehicle. It’s a giant weak spot.
again turned the corner it had a shell in there I had APCR nicked the barrle and ran cause I did not give full story there was an Is-2 or 1 right next to it aiming down said street as well
I had bounced the I am guessing Is-1 cause I was in a Jumbo.
