How do I use top tier Aviation on top tier Naval Battles?

Hi, I am wondering if it’s possible to use any rank VII or VIII aviation vehicles on top tier RB Naval Battles? Thank you!

You can use Planes up to BR +0.6 higher than the Ship, as far as i remember.
So Tier VII and up are not possible because of BR +3
