I recently got the mirage 2000 and the stock grind has been the worst I have ever had. Its not my first high tier plane but its just the worst stock one. Am I doing something wrong ? Every important thing is at the bottom of the tree. The 530fs are utterly useless and I dont even get to change them till tier3 and the magic2s are tier 4
My default for most stock grinds where possible is:
- ARB/ASB until I unlock the necessary bomb mod
- Enter ASB and play it like a mud mover just bombing bases
- Keep going until you’ve unlocked enough mods to be viable in A2A combat

the thing is. The plane isnt combat viable till u get basicaly everything. The plane only gets 2 diffrent missiles per pylon (good radar missile, bad radar missile/good ir missile, bad ir missile) the good misiles are tier 3 and 4 so I have to use the others the entire time. I dont get a non reas aspect ir missile till tier4. you get one bomb loadout and am not sure if it can take a base or not.Am out of prem time too so Its even slower to grind

two magic1s and 2 530fs (yes the pulse seeker one)
Probably not, but the key with ASB is activity time, so it might be a little slower not getting a base kill, but not necessarily dead in the water like it is for ARB
and if nothing else, play like a rat and get the odd Magic 1 kill, or sling them off at AI targets too and from bases
Unless the M2Ks radar somehow solves the issues this missile has id geniunely drop them alltogether.

apperantly the m2k couldnt even use the 530f and never used it ever

If you cant or wont do what morvran suggested and try sim, youre in for world of pain, but if youre familiar with deltas you shouldnt have much issues.
Just never ever bleed your speed unless its 1v1 and you have significant advantage.
Id try to hang back in second line and once furball develops just fly in, get two missiles out and dip.

yeah I dont have new boosters so I compress over mach1 to the point that Icant turn at all basicaly.

Honestly just stay low to the ground and fly to the side. Then swoop back in and pick off people not paying attention. Just focus on getting the missiles basically.
