How do I stock grind the JAS39A?

I just got the Gripen A and it’s been pretty bad with the RB71 and the 9L’s stock. I just want to know how to even play this thing because I’ve tried flanking while multipathing but every single time there’s someone who just locks me the whole time and kills me as soon as I leave the MP height for a second, or they just launch at me from above and I’m dead.

flank, keep your profile small and radar off

only shoot at targets that are unaware of youre position and run away as soon as possible
